ARTIST PROFILE

Art for Tona has always been a hobby, something she would do to relax, to entertain herself or as a form of escape when life got just a little bit too hard.

Her artwork can always be found scattered around her house and the houses of her family and friends, but she has never quite had the courage to put it out to the world.

After many years of enthusiastic encouragement from loved ones, Tona overcame her fear, held a solo exhibition, and began entering her works in local art competitions. 

Tona was initially surprised by the positive feedback she received, but it has given her the courage to start sharing her art further afield.
